My daughter is specifically not registering her daughter for Catholic preschool due to the unjust potential vaccine mandate. It’s bad enough that civil authorities impose unearned power over citizens to make their own health choices for themselves and their children but it’s a persecution to endure this loss of freedom by our Church leaders.

Prior infection with proven antibodies should be discussed as well. The risk is even more slim for my child that already had Covid and has proof of antibodies.

Mask mandates and manipulating businesses, schools, families and their children to be vaccinated is the beginning of the road to hell. Come on, Bishop, put on your big boy pants and get some balls. Hear the cries of your congregants and lead your people. Put your mouth where the $$$$ lies and fall in line with our voices to stand up for freedom of choice. Support this major cause just as we support the church and your salary. Be proactive as you are in collecting my Sunday $$$ donations to the church

Studies in Australia, Israel and Europe have shown no net benefit to non at risk children.

Please do not mandate the covid vaccine for our children (or anyone for that matter - medical mandates have no place in a free society) and please let the kids breathe! Masks have time and time again been shown to be harmful and we know that kids are statistically safe from covid. Praying for the kids and for all of us.

I look forward to being involved in this discussion. As a SD Catholic school teacher, parent of a SD Catholic school student, growing up with strong SD Catholic roots, it is imperative that we as parents continue the focus towards supporting our community within the Catholic moral teachings. My fear is that any mandate enforcements will discriminate and isolate members, creating a dangerously divided medical segregation.

No one should be forced to put a foreign substance into their bodies under pain of job loss, school attendance, or the right to participate in normal society. Each of the four Covid vaccines have caused thousands of deaths and even more thousands of serious adverse effects. None of these four vaccines has ever gone through the lengthy clinical trials of all prior vaccines, and their manufacturers have no idea of short and long term effects. And none of what I have written is fake news or misinformation. Sars-cov2, which causes Covid-19, is not even remotely in a class with small pox. The vaccines are out there for anyone who wants them. Those who do not want them must not be turned into less than second class citizens. It is good to remember that if the government can force you to put a foreign substance into your body, there is nothing, nothing, that government cannot force you to do.

It's wrong to require this vaccine for children to attend school. They are least affected by the virus with most to lose from vaccine side effects which we are learning more about each day. Many countries are not forcing it on children.

Remember the words of Our Lady of Fatima Russo will spread her errors to the whole world. Also please don’t accept this mandate in the Catholic schools. This vaccination is the Herod of the 21st century. Planned parenthood is as well. All this evil is plotting against the innocent children. Please stop this evil and this mockery.
