Our Samsung washing machine has been rusting around the detergent tray. We are now becoming worried about rust stains on our clothes. Samsung should repair or replace at no charge. This is an expensive machine that is of poor quality. It was also subject to a recall for the washing tub coming loose.

Just noticed the paint is peeling and bubbling around the bleach dispenser. Not happy about this at all!

It is a shame Samsung won’t honor the warranty. I paid too much money for this to rust out. We have several Samsung products and have had no problems with those products. I expect some help with this problem

Rust around bleach dispenser for over a year and getting worse. Purchased in 2018.Still under warranty but guess it doesn,t cover rust?? HUH?? Defective product.

Rusting bad around the Bleach dispenser and around the upper section on the left side going toward the detergent dispenser. Called Samsung and that was a waste of time.
