My Samsung top loader started rusting around the bleach tray less than 3 years after purchase and now it is staining my laundry with rust stains

My Samsung washer is rusted around the rim of the bleach tray. The rust is now destroying my clothing and other house hold items. I had a Maytag prior to my Samsung for 20 years and IT NEVER rusted. This washing machine costed me too much to be dealing with this issue

Yep, what the heck rust like that from a machine 6 to 7 years old! And well taken care of, something has to be wrong, we want our money back or a new machine.

Rust around the bleach dispenser (don't use bleach ever), in and around the detergent/softener tray, lid hinges and bottom of the rim of the washer opening.
