Love the washer but hate the rust around the bleach dispenser. Purchased March 2013 and have had rust over over a year.

Washer performance is good, but concerned about longetivity of the product as rust is building around the bleach dispenser and is spreading.

I contacted Samsung in mid December 2015 after noticing that I wasn't imagining rust in my washer. They said since I had purchased it over three years ago, it was no longer eligible for the recall and I would have to pay for repairs. Nothing like standing behind your product, Samsung.. The first and last time I will ever purchase any of your "durable" goods.g

This machine is a piece of CRAP!!! Rusty, always off balance, resetting for additional 17 or 14 minutes, spins very, very fast....creating tangled, twisted clothing. I hate this appliance. Will NEVER buy another Samsung!

Not only is the bleach & detergent dispenser rusting, the drain pump broke off the washer and flooded my house . It caused $1000's in damage. Within my 3 years of ownership, Best Buy has been to my house for repairs 5 times.
