Rust all around the bleach dispenser and in corners of the lid. Bubbling paint and very upsetting it's only 3 yerars old

I paid $1100 for a washing machine I thought would last and after 3 years ( warranty expired) it starts to rust around the bleach dispenser AND the detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Large chunks are now falling off. I am highly disappointed that nothing is being done about this.

Rust all around bleach dispenser. Now Rust falling onto clothes. Washer 3 yrs. 7 mon. Called samsung 11/14. Cosmetic not covered. Called again 4/15. Ignored my complaint. Called warranty thru Lowes..got the same answer. What good is a warranty? Rust is now falling unto clothes. Samsung piece of junk. NEVER again. Poor quality.
