Completely rusted around the bleach housing pour vessel. Has begun to rust on the inside of the machine. Poor Quality.

The rust around the bleach dispenser has rusted the left front tub suspension to a weakened condition that the repair people said that this machine is now junk. We have had it for four years. Poor quality control at Samsung

I have rust surrounding the plastic insert where you place bleach. My washer is less than 4 years old. This is horrible!

Rust appeared within six months. Having other problems as well. Been a piece of****since day one.. No satisfaction from Samsung.

Have barley had this machine for a year and it is beginning to rust by the liquid bleach only area. I don't even use liquid bleach.

My samsung washer had a rust problem within the first 6 months of use. I called Samsung, and was told it was not a known issue, and that it would be quite costly to repair-at my expense. I explained that I could see the resting hinges just above the back of the soap dispenser, and that my laundry room was inside my house, air conditioned/heated, and that the environment was not the cause of the rusting, as they suggested. After several tries to get this resolved, I gave up. Now, of course, the problem is much worse. I won't purchase any more Samsung appliances.

Was told it was cosmetic, and not covered!
