We lost hundreds of dollars in clothes because of our Samsung washing machine. The warranty company refused to do anything about the rust problems, so we ended up getting rid of it after two years and buying a brand new one. Do not buy Samsung!

Our washer started rusting after 1 year. Looks like a paint defect since we never use bleach dispenser.

6 months after purchasing my washer grime Home Depot my rust has started around the bleach dispenser it's not covered by Home Depots 5 yr extended warranty & Samsung not covering it either saying its cosmetic ? NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY SAMSUNG

This machine is junk, mine isn't that old and I have rust around the bleach dispenser, soap dispenser and now the joints that attach the lid. This is not acceptable and they need to compensate people for this!!!

I've only had my washer for 4 years and it is terribly corroded where the bleach dispenser and where all around where the soap and fabric softener is used. Probably because I use vinegar instead of Fabric softener, however, it is ridiculous that my washer is rusting after only 3-4 years of use.
