Started rusting out 2 years ago, called Samsung. Told me they would send a replacement part one time only for this issue. It's been 5 months and not replacement part. What kind of washing machine rusts out after only a few years lol

We bought the Samsung top loader and about a year after we bought it, we noticed rust around the bleach holder and the pull out soap dispenser. Today the bleach area is completely rusted and is not putting rust spots on anything that goes into the washer. I'm very upset with the brand!

Our Samsung washer has developed major rusting around the bleach dispenser and slight rusting around the detergent drawer. It is so bad now that the entire bleach dispenser has fallen through the housing of the machine. Bits and pieces of the washing machine are now falling into the washer. This is unacceptable and gross negligence on Samsung's part to avoid being proactive on this issue.

Our machine developed rust around the bleach well about a year after we got it. Now all the paint is cracking at that corner and we are getting rust on our clothes.

My rust is all the way around the rim above the drum. Not even 4 years old. I made.this.purchase to AVOID having to replace my washer so soon. Premium price but performance falls short
