The Samsung washing machine is not only rusting around the bleach dispenser, it is also rusting on the frame above the softener dispenser and rust flakes are dropping into the softener.

Our Samsung washer is also experiencing major rust issues around the bleach dispenser and the detergent drawer. Pieces of the washing machine are now falling into the wash and rust is creating stains on clothing. This is unacceptable. Samsung had better make this right, or we will be taking action against them. No company should be allowed to get away with such shoddy workmanship and refusal to stand behind their product.

Not only is there rust all around the bleach dispenser, there is also rust above the detergent and softener dispensers. Samsung needs to take care of this!

I would like to post photo. It is so bad that I'm going to treat it like auto body repair and try Bondo to fix it. The flakes of rust get into the wash and permanently stain clothing.

This machine is rusting out all around the bleach dispenser, the soap and softener dispenser. Rusted pieces of metal are falling into the wash basin. We have had it since May 2012.
