Need new washer after just a couple years. Samsung seems to have designed these to rust quickly

The entire top of my washer is rusted. Only 5 years old and out of warranty. Samsung will do nothing.

My machine has quickly rusted through around the bleach dispenser. I have owned several washing machines over the past 45 years and this is the first one that has ever corroded. I'm greatly disappointed with the quality of Sanyo's products.

My top loader is rusted around the beach area to the point that sometimes the bleach doesn't release during the wash.
