I called to complain about a different problem but I did add about the rust in the bleach dispenser. The guy I'd spoken with said he'd not heard of any complaints about the rust. I read, to him, what is said on this petition. He just kept saying you can find complaints about any product and told me to google LG. I told him I did not care about other products, just the one I have. He kept arguing with me and I figured, I will not give in to him. I have a service person coming out in four days about the bleach problem-my husband's brand new pair of jeans, another pair of jeans and a shirt got spots of bleach on them!!! I'm so pissed! (sorry)

The rust started around the bleach and soap dispensers and now is nearly around the entire interior. Getting worse every week. Machine is 4 yrs old and was not cheap!

My 2012 Samsung Top Loading Washer is rusting HORRIBLY around the Bleach Dispenser AND above the detergent dispenser!

I also called samsung about rust at the bleach dispenser and rust under the base. Samsung told me that the rust issue is not their problem. My washer also will not unlock so I have clothes inside that probably mold.

Serious rust issues around bleach dispenser. I live in the desert where nothing rusts... except Samsung washers!
