My washer is less than 2 years old and already rusting around the bleach dispenser.

2012 purchase started rusting in 2014 around the bleach dispenser and is now accelerating throughout the hood cover. Samsung said they have a special exception for washers purchased within the last 3 years, but they didn't start the program until May 13, 2015 so ours is not eligible. If you don't know there is a warranty program, you can't call to make the repair! Ridiculous! Never again Samsung! Never!

This Samsung washer is the worst. We probably will never purchase another Samsung product. My husband spent a lot of time to remove all the rust and repaint with a rust preventative paint. It is rusting again. The Chinese metal they used is junk and will continue to rust no matter what you do. This top loder is a P.O.S.

My Samsung washing machine has not only rusted around and along the bleach dispenser but also on underside of rim. It has ruined so many of our clothes.

I called them, the first person in customer service admitted that there was a 3 year recall or help, but it ended May 2016, I bought mine in July 2013, so they would not help me at all...What a scam....

Bleach dispenser has completely rusted away and metal housing is rusting. Sometimes leaves rust stains on clothing.

A $1000+ washing machine and it started rusting in less than two year. There's also water inside the drum. AND it's one of those top loaders that could break apart. Will never buy another Samsung appliance.
I called the Samsung rep and he refused to help.
