Rust is terrible around our bleach dispenser. Samsung needs to own up and fix this. I'll be looking at other brands after these kick the bucket,

I have two Samsung Washers that have both rusted at the bleach dispenser. Now Samsung has a recall on the drum. I asked if I replaced the washer would they give me extra credit for the rusted bleach dispenser. I was told that if I took the option of the fix for the drum, I could then use the warranty to have the bleach dispenser fixed. This makes no sense give me the credit and let me buy a new washers.
