I have rust around the bleach dispenser as well as above the detergent dispenser. I will not buy Samsung again!

I have had rusting issues for several years with my top load washer. I have also had issues with the spin cycle due to bad connecter. And now there is a recall for potential drum anchor failures. All my appliances are Samsung brand, as well as several TVs. I will be bringing my business elsewhere for next big purchase.

rust around the bleach dispenser! Also, areas of rust on door top near hinges. Also rust stains on plastic soap dispenser.

My Samsung smart washer is two & half years old started rusting out around bleach dispenser about a year old it will be rusted through soon call Pc Richards said it was manufacturers problem they sent a tech to take pictures no follow up I took out 10 year plan on washer & drier it worthless now they are recalling for exploding issue I don't see how they will fix it they are screwing the public

Samsung model WA5471ABP/XAA corrosion surrounding bleach dispenser is causing stains on clothes requiring subsequent cleaning expenses at dry cleaners. Samsung should replace the housing section at no cost if they stand behind their product.

Our unit started rusting less than 1 year after installed even though we do not use bleach in the dispenser.
