I've contacted Samsung several times regarding this issue only to be told it's a cosmetic issue

Rust all over bleach dispenser on a very expensive washer from Lowes. The store salesman didn't know whatI was talking about, sowed no concern. He sold me white touch-up paint for appliances which didn't work - what a major disappointment in the Samsung brand!

We also have an unacceptable amount of rust and I have replaced the suspension rods. And now there is a recall for vibration issue.
