It is unbelievable that Samsung cannot be held accountable for something like this. My washing machine is only 5 years old and it looks terrible. If nothing else they could replace the top of the machine and have installed for everyone having this problem. I will never buy another Samsung appliance and I have already told many people not to do the same.
