Rust at bleach dispenser and staining clothes and sheets!!

Called warranty place and they told me rust is "cosmetic" and not covered by Samsung. Umm... yep, it sure is cosmetic, ALL OVER MY CLOTHES!!! Replace it, do the right thing! No more Samsung!!

Terrible washer it rust through the frame now there is a hole in my washer rust in my clothes bought a warranty from Best Buy now having problems getting it replace for the over priced piece of junk will never buy o

Mine is one recalled for the danger of lid flying off. After having washe 10 months tgey replaced the brain. still have issues. Now I also have rust by the bleach dispenser and under nieth the drum. My washer has always been in the house.

Samsung would not address this issue at all when I called. How can a washing machine develop rust like this and the company say they are not responsible?

2 hours on the phone with them and given fictitious ticket number for repairs along with a phone number for a repair company that was disconnected,

The area around the bleach cup.in my Samsung Top Loading Washing Machine is rusting I leave the top open all the time so makes no sense as to why it is rusting.

Samsung is telling me they never heard of this issue!!!! hahaha. I mention this petition and that they deny it and they say it's a surprise it was never brought up to them before.

Major problem with rusting after only a year with the washer. This has been a nightmare situation. On top of that, the vendor coming out to fix the washer issue won't fix it because of the rust. I now need to call Samsung.

When I called Samsung they stated the have not had any complaints about the issue. My machine is only 3years old.
