Samsung washer is rusting out at the bleach dispenser!

Samsung too load washer started rusting in as little as a year from purchase. Can't be related to using bleach because I don't really use it.

My samsung top load washer is rusting around the bleach dispenser area! Gets all over my clothes and is getting worse and worse. Bought my machine in April 2012.

Contractor came out to provide the "remedy" for the recall, and informed us that we have a rust problem around the bleach tray. We never use our bleach tray...

I can't believe Samsung isn't doing anything about this issue...noticed rusting shortly after warranty ran out...continues to get worse even after I've stopped using bleach

Sure don't get your moneys worth. Super bolting the lids on now another issue, lose a lot of functions you paid for so it will be safe. What JUNK!!!!!!!!!

We have a major rust issue in the bleach dispenser and recently had the washer serviced based. The repair man said he sees this issue with Samsung washers all the time. He has called Samsung to address the issue and they claim ignorance and no fix possible.

My washing machine is rusting at the bleach dispenser and the machine is only a couple of years old. This was the top of the line washing machine when we purchased the machine.

Severe corrosion around bleach dispenser and this corner of top of machine; starting to flake rust into clothes. Purchased in 2012 and trying to get some satisfaction thru Lowe's EPP.

Same exact problem, also rusting where soap is placed. Washer was less than 2 yes old when this started. Dryer quit altogether and I replaced it with another brand.
