rust around bleach dispenser and above soap dish we never use bleach. technician says it is normal. no other washer i have owned has had this rusting problem. also the new label provided after safety modification doesn't match the machine

I'm so glad it's not just me! I hardly even use the bleach dispenser and this issue has ruined hundreds of dollars of my clothing!

This is rediculous. Now, using the bleach compartment leaves rust stains on the clothing and there is no direction or method to clean the compartment.

both my bleach dispenser and.my detergent dispenser . when I called Samsung they said.it.wasnt.a manufactures defect therefore not their problem-I was SOL !

As of date of this petition entry, have used less than 2 yrs. and have severe rust condition all over inside of front panel as well as around dispenser. Top cover retaining catches and surrounding areas also part of the worst.
