My washer has rusted all the way around the rim. Only 3 years old. Paid 850. Now I can't even use it as it gets rust all over my clothes.

our machine began rusting after 2 years. The bleach dispenser was first to show signs then we noticed rust flakes on our clothing after each wash. The under rim of the top panel is completely rusted around the entire opening!!

Very bad rust around bleach reservoir. Went to Best Buy and they said couldn't do anything, warrentyou had expired. Repair service said nothing could be done.

I thought I was buying an upscale unit. Boy was I wrong. Afraid to fill the unit to. Capacity because of exploding lids, now this. I wish I had never bought this set.

Rust developed around the bleach dispenser, and under the lid. Samsung should replace my washer with one that does not rust!

Samsung washer is supposed to wash while allowing for addition of liquid bleach without rusting away year old washing machine. Design flaw or putting together flaw where something is off. Our older non samsung machine was 10 years old and bleach compartment never rusted. Samsung washer is a year old and very rusted around, under and below bleach compartment. It is crazy. What happened Samsung?
