RUST all around bleach dispenser. Fix is only temporary, you will never cure this problem. Switching brands as Samsung will not take responsibility on machine that is less than 3 years old. BTW, we never use bleach , go figure.

Because of the rust I am now dealing with mold growing inside that area and an awful smell no matter what I do I can't get rid of it. I'm going to have to replace, but rest assured samsung will not be my choice!!

unbelievable! rusted and crumbling all around bleach disposer and beyond and it's not covered under extended warranty. This is very wrong. I will never buy Samsung again.

My bleach tray just started rusting, right after the repair man came out to fix the exploding washer problem. I also noticed that it is rusting near my soap tray. Seems convenient that it started after the repair guy came out. Please help.

The rusting extremely around the bleach compartment which is very disappointing because i rarely use bleach but it is causing rust to fall into my clothes

Paint bubbling up with rust around the bleach tray. We don't even use it and always raise the lid to dry after washing.

The area around my bleach housing, and agua jet are rusting bad and its starting to stain my clothes. Also the little drawer inside the machine where the detergent and softener goes has rust build up (probably from the aqua jet). This is on top of the model being recalled as defective for the exploding tops. Very disappointing since this washer was purchased only 4 years ago. I would think a company that boasts quality and innovation would have a product that isn't so defective. It doesn't sound like I'm the only one with this issue either.

SAMSUNG HAS LOST OUR BUSINESS DOLLARS. Less than 2 years after purchasing our top loading HE washer, rust began to form around plastic bleach dispenser. We contacted Bestbuy, but warrenty was expired and they wouldn't help. Called Samsung, no ressponse, called independent repair shop, they said call Samsung. We spent nearly $1000 on a machine that in just 4 years has almost rusted through. Based on a lack of response, I will NEVER and in fact discourage anyone from purchasing ALL samsung products..
