I almost never use bleach and yet the rust began very early on. I complained to the Sears repair man who changed out some failing parts but he had no interest in the rust. I didn't know what to do, but now a chunk of metal even fell off. I should not have to purchase a new washer already especially since it began so early on!

When they came to fix the door issue from the recall on my washer..The guy found that the brackets underneath were completely rusted..I've only had it for a year!!

I have rust developing not only around the bleach dispenser but also where the top opens to access the drum. And it's spreading rapidly

Rust is spreading and to all "seams" of the front panel. This is a product defect - not cosmetic. Bad reflection of Samsung products!

My Samsung WA476 DSHA top load washer is only 4 years old and the rust around my bleach dispenser has completely eaten through the housing. This is NOT acceptable.

Rust is spreading around bleach compartment and near the detergent compartment. Besides the nasty appearance of the rust it has and will ruin our clothes.

Terrible washer. Rust started around dispenser within months after I purchased, now two years later it's completely corroded through the metal.

I called the company that has the extended warranty in Greeneville, Tn. Of course that wasn't covered. The rust just keeps getting worse. I am now on google to see if i can find out what to do to stop the rust myself.

I've only had my new Samsung Washer for roughly a year and a half. The rusting started forming around the bleach dispenser about a month ago and continues to get worse. I take good care of my appliances and am disappointed that started happening. Plus it looks horrible!
