I have rust around and in my bleach dispenser which I have only used bleach on less than 5 occasions AND I have it forming where I put the softner and soap!

Not only is the area around the bleach dispenser totally rusted, but also the area above the soap & fabric softener dispensers. I have really been disappointed in this Washer/Dryer set.

This washer has ruined many of my outfits due to the rust staining my clothes. The rust stains do not come out.

I called the company regarding the rusting around the bleach dispenser. I also recommended the washer to my friend before it happened! We are both vowing that if Samsung does not make this right we will NEVER but Samsung again and we will make sure everyone that we know on facebook twitter etc is well aware of Samsung and how awful their products and customer service is. There is OBVIOUSLY a problem and they know it is but that if they wanted to fix the rusty machines they would lose money so they have decided to continue to screw the consumers over. We may have lost the battle both we, the consumer, BUT WE WILL WIN THE WAR!! We will stop buying Samsung and turn others against Samsung!

My samsung washer is less than 2 years. There is rust around dispensor and along top rim of inside washer.

I expect the rusty dispenser to fall into the washer any day now. Rust is getting worse fail and cannot be fixed.

White washer, less than 3 years old filled with rust around the bleach dispenser.
