this rust is getting out of hand. shaking it out of my laundry now. will need to get a new washer soon. can't afford it right now.

just talked to Samsung support and they said rust is a cosmetic issue and not covered by warranty. Period.

My Samsung washer is rusting around the bleach dispenser and it's spreading even though I don't use the dispenser. We switched to bleach crystals when the rust appeared.

WA476DSHAWR/A1 - began rusting after 1 year of use and it's so bad now (4 yrs.) that all of the medal is cracking! Don't buy another Samsung "appliance" only TVs!!

I have a Samsung Model WA50F9A6DSW that turned 3 years old Nov 2016. My bleach dispenser is also rusting. The problem is the lid design. Condensation drips after running a load. In addition to the rust, the washer pulsate plug broke. I called under my extended three year warranty for a replacement. I was told it was just cosmetic. I questioned if it was only cosmetic, why is it in the machine - it obviously has a purpose. I will not purchase another Samsung product.
