This is a real problem, and DEFINITELY a factory defect affecting 1000's if not 100,000's of Samsung top loading washing machines. These machines should be recalled voluntarily by Samsung, or a Federal class action lawsuit should be filed.

Called Samsung several times to complain about bleach dispenser rusting on a machine thats 1 & 1/2 years old they never call back with a resolution to the problem

I have owned my top load Samsung washer for about 5 years. Going into year 2 bleach dispenser started rusting. Contacted Samsung & to no avail no reply back & doing research discovered they would not even cover that with an extended warranty. Now I use bleach tablets but still get rust spots on clothes & then have to treat & remove using a different method & chemicals. Will NEVER buy a Samsung washer ever again & many friends that have been shopping won't either because I have shown them the damage. Now I am forced to buy a new washer. TOTAL BS

My bleach dispensor is rusted out and small particles of rust are getting into my laundry when I use it. Unacceptable!
