My washer is rusting so bad right around the bleach tray and we've only had it for 2 years. So disappointed!

We have rust around our detergent drawer and have had a few chucks of the porcelain flake off and leave rust exposed. Bits of rust float around in my detergent dispenser between washes.

We too have the bleach dispenser rusting issue and the rust around the detergent drawer.

I have rust inside tray that holds the detergent drawer. You pull out the drawer to add detergent, and I have rust in the tray where the soap goes. When I felt around the top of this drawer the "porcelain" or ? is falling off and there is now rust getting into the machine. In addition, I don't know where in the machine the broken off parts are --- in the water pump? or will get rust on my clothes or worse. Have called for coverage as we have an extended warranty - this is a top load washer - was told the warranty does not cover rust. I said the rust is on the inside of the machine..... NO Customer Service!!!

I purchased my Top Load VRT Smart Care Samsung washer brand new from Sears. It has the bleach tray problem as well. What steps do I need to take to get Samsung to own their problem and get to a solution?

OUR WASHER IS LESS THAN 5 YEARS OLD. STARTED SHOWING SIGNS OF RUST AT LEAST 2 YEARS AGO. IT'S NOW GOTTEN EVEN WORSE. RUINING OUR SHEET & CLOTHES. RIDICULOUS! BOUGHT THESE BRAND NEW THINKING WE WERE GETTING QUALITY. SAMSUNG SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE THIS ISSUE AND LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. MAKE IT RIGHT. THANK YOU!

I just noticed that mine started rusting around the bleach dispenser and all the way back around the left side to the detergent dispenser.
