I have had my machine for about 4 years. I am disappointed with the rust around my bleach dispenser. I also think it's rusting above my soap dispenser, too, because I see rust on top of the plastic dispenser when I pull it open. And I don't use too much bleach, as I've only used maybe a total of 1 jug of bleach since I bought it. I don't put anything in the bleach dispenser. The machine cleans my clothes great, but the machine quality is junk. It's going to probably start breaking where it is rusted. Will never buy a Samsung product again if they don't make this right

Rust around bleach dispenser and at soap/softener dispenser all of which is ruining clothes. I regularly run Pue Cycle and clean dispensers. Additionally, I leave top open to dry out tub. This is pitiful for an expensive machine.

Same issue - Washing machine is less than 4 years old and is rusting at the bleach dispenser and all underneath the inside rim of the top. Flakes of rust are now falling off into the tub.

Junk junk junk. No customer service. I am taking Samsung and lowes to small claims court. It will be no contest. Don't sell a defective product to an attorney. This is why we have a legal system. Shame on Samsung and lowes.

My Samsung washer has rust around the bleach dispenser which is getting much worse with time. Water level seems low as well. This model is also involved in the door recall. It was expensive and not worth the money.

Same problems as everyone else. Rust around bleach dispencer. Also never puts enough water in to wash clothes properly. Have to add water most every time we wash clothes. Started having problems just a few months after purchase. Had washer and dryer worked on several times already. Will never have Samsung in my home again when these are gone.
