I complained to Samsung several years ago when the metal surrounding the bleach dispenser started to rust. I was told it was the stronger bleach on the market that caused this. If so, why aren't other manufacturers' machines having the same problem.

Samsung says rust is not covered under warranty. Rusting around bleach dispenser and inside sealed door which stains soap dispenser. Last Samsung product I'll ever buy!

Mine has rusted next to the dispensers underneath the blue bubble and is starting around the bleach dispencer. I called them today and was told this is a fiffernt kind if issur than normal and would be fixed only once. I did not agree because it has a ten year manufacturer warranty and i bought the extended warranty which doesnt cover it. Cant wait to see how it resolves or if get an attorney.

Ours is completely rusted out and leaves rust marks on our clothes while washing. Customer service said rust is considered cosmetic only and would not cover to repair/replace

The area around the bleach dispenser on our samsung washer started showing signs of rust within 6 months of owning it. I Will Never buy a sumsung washer and dryer again. I will also let everyone I know that it is a mistake to buy a set!

I have rust at the bleach dispenser and the soap/softener dispenser not to mention the top.of the clothes don't even get wet before it drains and goes to rinse cycle!

Our washer is rusting where the bleach dispenses. Our matching washer and dryer is only 18 months old, and at this rate we'll have to purchase another set, but not Samsung, within the next two years! Very disappointed!
