About a year ago my washing machine that I purchased November 11th 2011 started rusting around the bleach dospenser and recently had started flaking off in the tub. Then yestetday the water wouldnt drain out and the tub totally dropped!

Our washer is only three years old. I started noticing rust around the bleach dispenser about four months ago. It's also rusting underneath the rim. Very disappointed.

Purchased Samsung top load washer in 2013. Top started rusting around all dispensers with the first 18 months. When I contacted the warranty department I was told this would not be covered.

Ours started rusting within 6 months of purchase in bleach dispenser and behind the detergent tray and most recently around the inside of the lid. Samsung will not stand behind this product , Lowe’s extended warranty will not either. No more Samsung purchases for our family!

Our Samgung is less than 4 years old rusting at beach and detergent dispensers and is getting water inside rusty and into clothes.

Our machine is not only rusted around the bleach dispenser, but is also becoming rusted at the detergent dispenser. I an concerned about health risks!

Called Samsung about the rust around the bleach dispenser the first year I purchased washer. I was passed around and told I would be contacted, but never was. Made a few more calls, but got nowhere. Rust got so bad we hired a repairman to replaced top ourselves.

First the bad top problem that had to be fixed now the top is about to rust away around the beleac dispenser and the sliding sop tray. Sorry but it is a piece of junk. Will never by Samsung again as long as have now concern whatsoever for the quality of the products or the satisfaction and fair treatment of their customers.

I just had a Samsung repair man come see my washer. BLeach compartment started to rust 8-9 months into owning it. It's only 1 yr old. Should not be rusty! They said it was my fault, not using it properly.
