Disappointed to see rust in a fairly new washer. What good is a ten year drive warranty if machine dusts away!

My Samsung set is the biggest piece of crap I’ve ever invested in. Washer is rusting so bad, the rust flakes fall off in the wash, ruining clean thes, and my dryer has already had to have the heating element replaced. PURE JUNK!!

I have rust everywhere around bleach dispenser and just bought new washer not Samsung. That’s how I found out my model was recalled for blowing apart

Samsung top load washer has rust around the bleach dispenser and the soap dispenser area in the first year of purchase and gets worse and worse as time goes by, its an "h.e." so we don't use much bleach or detergent because they use so little water. I had a Kenmore washer for over 20 years, it never had a spec of rust on it and washed clothes really clean until its last load!

Called and complained about this problem. Sorry not covered. Poor workman ship on finish. My previously owned for over 40 year Maytag no rust and still working great when I decided to upgrade. Should have kept it.

I think a class action suit and safety recall is warranted. If the spinning drum loses support major injury or death is possible.pen

I have this same problem. I have contacted customer service. If they don’t make this right I will never purchase a Samsung product again and I love this washer and dryer. Clearly this is a defect in the product with this many complaints
