I'll never purchase Samsung appliance again, such poor quality, my previous (cheaper) washer lasted longer, only have this washer it about 2 years and already heavily rusted. disgraceful that Samsung wont accept responsibility for such terrible design. Calling them was a waste of my time. "it's out of warranty".. blah blah blah. I'm done purchasing any more Samsung appliances.

Bleach dispenser is heavily rusted around the entire perimeter with some holes. 7 year old lightly used washer is junk. My Samsung refrigerator broke and was unrepairable after 18 months. I will never, ever buy another Samsung appliance.

rust getting into the wash and discoloring our laundry. Defeats the purpose of washing your clothes to only have it in worst condition. Why is Samsung not doing anything? Should we start a TikTok trending video? Will they finally pay attention then?
