Please sign this petition if you own a Samsung washing machine which has developed rust in the metal housing surrounding the plastic bleach dispenser. Samsung customer support continues to tell consumers that they have not received enough complaints about this issue to warrant investigation of the problem or recall of the product. I contend that they simply dismiss, and do not record complaints as they come in, allowing them to plausibly deny their existence. A simple Google search shows dozens, if not hundreds of affected consumers. Samsung will only change their practice if they see a serious threat to their brand and sales.
