Samsung must do it for their customer who trust on them as I always trust but facing issue kindly resolve it as my warranty expired 30 days back and cost of display is huge

after update, my phone have straight green line, after 2 month, it start have white line on left side of front camera like other people! when using this phone without any issue near 2 years!

Samsung is only offering a free LCD screen replacement on a case by case basis. Customers would still have to bear S$54 labour cost, and possibly wait up to 2 weeks for repair, with no replacement phone.
Customer Service Team avoided speaking about this batch issue altogether.

Samsung service has extremely luke warm attitude towards resolving the issue.Despite writing to the CEO multiple times the response,though prompt,is the same stereo type saying they are looking into it without any concrete remedy.

This issue came out of nowhere and my phone gave me the greatest disappointment. Hope samsung will fix it for free since I bought this in other country

Yes I agree that Samsung will replace the screen for free as this issue/problem is not caused by users. We paid so much for the phone and its ridiculous for us to pay more when the faulty is not caused by us.

Right side notification bar display fully blank yellow color then right side part of display light green colour changed so this is samsung brand quality issue so full responce of samsung .
