It's obvious it's a software issue. Samsung should be accountable and own up to the related issue. Could be a marketing strategy for user to buy a a new phone. The same way they followed Apple's marketing gimmicks when they did not include the powerbrick and earphones on the s21 series onwards.

I encountered the same issue. Went to a Service Center in Malaysia. They admit has cases like this but refuse to waive the repair costs to change the screen which costs about rm 1100. Because claiming my warranty expired in March 2023. Is a frustration when I just used this phone 1 year plus and this happened. Have been a loyal Samsung mobile since S2. Thinking now time to change.

Same goes for me. After I updated my phone last October 17. The device is out of warranty. Phone never had an issue before the update. Now, they want me to pay 10.7K Php for the screen replacement. Not my fault.

Been a samsung user for more than 10 years and will proceed to stop using samsung anymore if this problem persists and there's no solution. Its the problem with the recent software update

Me also got the display issue after android 5.1 update... my husband's s20 plus also got the same issue..its quiet frustrating and questioning the credibility of such a huge brand like samsung. Consider this as a worldwide issue And pls do the needful and show sone respect and value to costumers money.. I was a huge fan of samsung phones and im using it since 2015, also got a display issue on my note8 too..so im now rethinking to buy any samsung device in future.. Resolve the issue as soon as possible to maintain the brand value and credibility in future. Thank you
