Fix ASAP, would be nice to have decent battery because these headphones sound great and fit perfectly.

Battery life is terrible. Also iconx will drain when left in charging case. Looked forward to getting these. I am left very disappointed and I have always loved Samsung products.

Brand new bought from Samsung online several days ago. After fully charge the case, use only 30min of the buds and then put them back in the case. Unplug the cable and after a whole night, both dead.

Left my earbuds in a fully charged case overnight, the next morning the case is dead and the earbuds have only 10% battery left!

battery last only 15 minutes on left ear ,also left device gets real warm very noticeable compared to right side . Have preformed all updates and troubleshooting for device .

From day 1...the case has never worked correctly. Leaving the ear buds in the case for a day will drain the battery unless you leave the case plugged into a power source 24/7

The charging case and the earbuds spend more time connected to a power source than to be in my pocket or travel bag.
