I have two sets of the IconX, both loosing battery power over time. :(
Leaving the case open is not an option.
If this get not resolved, maybe switching to the new Sony with Noise Cancellation.

Signing this because of poor battery lofe on the earbuds. Buds dont hold a charge neither does the case

The ear buds don't have a turn off function. Which drains the battery of the case and the battery of the buds continuously.

Battery continues to drain inside case. If you come back a day later both the ear bud and case batteries will be completely drained.

Samsung needs to fix this issue for all customers who are experiencing poor battery performance of the IconX which is not what was advertised by them.
