Salary as par Central Pay commission for bankers

Govt dream projects and big achivement are due to hard work of bankers .govt is celibrating of completion 3 years sucessfully and projecting 25 crore bank accounts, mudra loan ,pmjjby, pmsby ,atal pension ,pmfby as its achivement. But when salary revision comes we are in hands of management and iba negotiation govts dont take any responsbility it is totaly unfair.Bankers should be Treated equaly like central govt employees.

For the risk and responsibility and pressure bankers taken , yes I strongly support of pay hike like central govt employee for them.

It must be over and above paid to central employees as bankers are doing more responsible duties

Why not 7th CPC scales for Bankers?

I am not satisfied present salary of banker

bank pay scale is not at par with central government it's tym for a better wage revision other wise bank job will soon lose its charm

As per risk l,responsibility and accountability packages must be at par with CPC.

We should be merged with central pay commission plus 5% extra for financial risk service. We don't want the 11th settlement we should be merged with central employees
