Agreed we demand fair share of remuneration as what we did n what other expects from us.

It must be same at par with central bank employee.

Bankers work hard but got nothing for their family, this is not justified. We should get salary as per central govt employees.

Salary of banker must be at par 7th pay

Bankera are more hard workjng than central govt employees.

Salary should be atleast AT PAR as per Central govt Pay Commission looking to the job profile, work pressure and most important risk part of bankers.

Bankers work hard and getting lesser salary which dies not meet the expenses but Central govt employee work lesser and get more salary. We give profit but govt sectors are in loss.there is no parity as well as transparency.so Central pay is need for bankers also.
