we work hard,we work in risk.but paid less. there should be some change. severe change.

We work hard but less salary even clerk also not getting local posting we cant survive with this salary . It is some what better if we get good settlment

This is very disappointed that we banker works so hard but what we get in pocket is just some coins.

Now a day banking employees work hard for better change, and fulfill every scheme on the time, we give our 100% for our nation,but government does not take care about bank employees problem. We only demand atleast equality on the basis of salary with central employee. Banking sector is honest sector and working environment is transparent but we have neither get a respect from our customers as well as government nor get a handsome salary as like government employees. we need cpc. So kindly look in this matter with deep concern.
