It is very sad that bankers have no such benefits or right as such in other govt or non govt organizations have. If staff remains dis satisfied organisation cant succeed.

IBA always think of only Govt benefits and ignore staff demand because they became 99% politician and think in the same way. IBA members think about there own career which lie with the govt.

It is the high time to calm the unrest among the bankers regarding salary disparity with the central govt. Employees. Bankers are more exposed to risk and doing social responsibility of the work day and night.

Bankers are working really hard to achieve government's target in each scheme ...and demonitization is the best example it is unfair with banker not paying according to their working nd dedication
