Salary must be justified with central employees

Very true picture of banking industry. Central government clerk is at par with Bank's managers... What an irony. No doubt why the banks are facing high attrition rates and lack of new talents... Remind me of saying, through the peanuts monkey will come or throw the diamonds merchants will come.

bankers salary need to be increased as there is so much load on them. Specially salary of a clerk is very low.
