Bankers should have more salary than central employees bcz of their hard work and whole economy of INDIA depends on banks all schemes of govt persued by bamkers not govt teachers who gets handsome pay without any reason and works.

there is lot of work in public sector banks, and a little staff is there, we work in mental pressure and every work is bearing financial risk for us. Banker' salary must be far more than other govt.employees.
