I live on Safflower. Definitely difficult to see oncoming traffic from the golf course area toward the gate before pulling out.

Timber Ridge All the construction vehicles going to the new Northridge community only increases the need for stop signs as well as a crosswalk at this intersection.

This intersection needs a 3-way stop, a crosswalk on South Wynd, and ADA access to the sidewalk on South Wynd.

I live in Timber Ridge, I feel this is one of the most congested intersections and we should have a 3 way stop. People fly and it is difficult once leaving Safflower to determine the speed, then only to have the large trucks make a sharp left turn in front of you. Dangerous!

I frequently ride my bike from Timber Ridge and this intersection is the one that is the most dangerous during my ride.

Please add Bicycles and golf carts and construction vehicles to the list. Also I suspect that the consolidated number of homes/residents of West Lake, Timber Ridge and North Ridge exceed other CP neighborhoods that are served with roundabouts for safe egress. We ought to be able to get the numbers to show facts. Thanks for your efforts
