@ oak park, the fact that you guys want to disregard the seniors privilege of eating off campus is totally unjust. We have been waiting 3 years to do this as it is one of the best parts of being a senior at this school. And, you guys still have NOT explained why you cannot put this off until the summer! This whole idea is an just an accident waiting to happen

As someone with a sibling who goes to Medea, I know how hectic the traffic with parents during the morning rush can get. It would be extremely dangerous to move parking to Kanan as ongoing traffic and students trying to park will crash, and inevitable result in accidents, and pissed off parents and students.

I think if ur gets done it should. E over the summer. It's a traffic and safety hazard. I'm not okay with it. If it goes through- you should refund the two months of parking these kids paid for as well. I'm more concerned about safety than the funds, but it's not okay.

Have the teachers and staff park their cars at the homes of the out of district students. They can ride and be dropped off with them in the morning and then be picked up and ride back with them after school. This would open up more parking and also leave a smaller carbon footprint by reducing harmful emissions.

This shows everyone in the area and in the district that Oak Park is a selfish school district who only cares about the reputation of the school, the national ranking, and things like this that put the students in danger.

Not only is it bad enough that the district is wasting millions on this project, but it will threaten the students' safety and wellbeing.
This will endanger my peers!
