Strategically invest HERFF funds to buy HyFlex technology like OWLs which actually give us a competitive edge with private online schools while still remaining committed to our community needs. Equity means creating options not one oversimplified general rule. Use multiple boxes (options) for our students & faculty to stand on (like the equity cartoon of the kids trying to look over the fence) and I am certain people will perform better when they feel heard & respected.
