Asking faculty, staff and students to return to “the norm” while we fight the various variants of Covid-19 is absurd. We must protect the safety and well-being of all while we transition to in-person learning; this includes lowering cap sizes, social distancing policies, disinfecting and sanitation practices, and options for hybrid/hi-flex learning.
