Keep the open space! No new homes to clog our already over-taxed evacuation route!

Our neighborhood is small with one access road for everyday use as well as emergency use. Adding 500 home is about a 25% increase that we just can't absorb. The land was zoned the way it was for a reason.

The one thing you can count on in life is change. Why can't it ever be for the better? Maybe because it doesn't line the politician's and council member's pockets with MONEY. If THEIR CONSTITUENT'S safety and lifestyle concerns are not properly addressed then there should be a formal and thorough investigation of the decision makers.

Our current road situation needs to be improved before we add additional families trying to evacuate in an emergency situation.

I'm against any housing development . It will ruin our little community .. I've been a resident since 1985

This project needs more thought and planning than what has been shown so far. We need more "true affordable housing", not housing that costs more than what the residents in this housing can afford.

Keep the open space! With additional residents coming in at Penasquitos Village, it will be too congested.

Penasquitos Dr is already busy and crazy as is. We, the residents, cannot fathom the potential increase in traffic in this road. Allowing this amendment to pass would be wreckless.

Many of moved here because of the amenities this neighborhood provided. A golf course, heath center and swimming pool. We liked the open space the golf course provided and the buffer between the freeway. Cramming more homes into a built out neighborhood will only cause congestion and safety hazards.

I believe my safety will be compromised with this new development.

We are concerned for our safety in and out of this current development if the homes and traffic increase!

There is only 1 close Fire Station. There only other one is on the other is on the other side of Black Mountain. They cannot possibly handle upwards of 1100 more people.

I have been caught in our area in a fire many years ago. There was only 1 way out and that was blocked. To add more units to this area without another exit is wrong and dangerous. Plus, what about the high pressure gas line running through the golf course. Do we really want to build where that is hiding?

Too dense for the area. Please keep it open space or something that the community can use.

that development need its own access to and from the freeway I15. 6 or 7 years ago, we had a brushfire on the hillside above Peñasquitos Dr. Because of aerial firefighting close to the road, Peñasquitos Drive was closed, sealing off the neighborhood. There is no other way in or out.

Due to the limited access into the community, this development will greatly endanger the existing residents - of which I am one.
