SAFETY BEFORE DEVELOPMENT

I am opposed to the development due to the increased risk and inability to evacuate during an emergency.

Just name a fews: community safety, infrastructure, crimes, fire hazard.

I don't believe that there's any other developments in San Diego of our size trapped like we are. I'm also unaware of new developments the size of which is proposed that aren't required at least 2 different access points and not responsible for improvements to reduce strain placed on existing residences.

I believe ultimately legal and traffic expert testimony will be necessary to stop this development

Do not U safely overcrowd our neighborhood. The current zoning is appropriate and should not be changed out of developer greed.

Fire evacuation risk would be compounded by having this development.

There needs to be more ways to leave this area in times of emergency. Adding a larger population without planning for emergencies is irresponsible.

What happened to the 55+ community. Typical bait and ship.

This one way in, one way out subdivision is already a traffic jamb twice a day. We are already scheduled to get many additional units at the Penasquitos Village site. Adding additional housing and traffic will increase the risk of wild fire safety for all of us. The additional congestion and traffic is not what this neighborhood was designed for. That's why the community plan was put in place to begin with. This amendment is motivated by nothing but greedy people at the expense of our living situation and all those who benefit will go live somewhere less crowded with their profits.

I am opposed to the planned development to the extent it poses an evacuation risk to the members of the community who are served by an already inadequate single lane means of exit in the event of a fire evacuation.

Please stop urbanizing open spaces and bringing danger to a peaceful community

This would be a safety issue on all levels. This would also pack people into an area that already has limited resources. The current level of resources are already overburdened.

Don't need more development in this area!
