very very opposed to the zone change from residential to gaming and a bar

Want it to remain residential zoning for the betterment of the community.

Keep it residential please!

Please do not build a gaming bar in our neighbor hood!!

Please protect our quiet and child-friendly neighborhood by keeping the tavern and gas station out of this area!

I found young male child that had been obvious hit by a car earlier this year and called the police. We have several children that to and from school as well as riding their bikes in this area to bring any establishment that sells alcohol or gaming.

I definitely do not want this zoning change in our neighborhood and near our kids schools. There has already been deaths of shadow ridge students on their way to school due to drunk drivers.

Please build only homes on said lot.

I agree this resining should be stopped. We moved into this area and were told this would remain residential.

We do not want any type of bar/tavern near our neighborhoods/homes. As we have families with children of all ages walking, riding bikes to and from school or sport activities all day long. Our kids would be walking pass this bar every day. Our families Safety is our main priority.

Please do not allow this to pass. Our neighborhood safety is at risk. There are plenty of other areas for these types of businesses. Our children and our community will be less secure with this in our community. Thank You.

We want low Density.. We are original homeowners who fought to keep our home through a bad economy.

I am not in favor of a convenience store or a liquor establishment to be built on that parcel

We do no want this in our neighborhood.

Keep gambling away from our single family community, children, parks and schools. We Live in a low crime area of Las Vegas and would appreciate it if we keep it as is.

There's way to many homes and schools around this location to have a tavern. Children of all ages walk to and from school Monday thru Friday. Placing this establishment would put OUR children in danger or even death. Think about it!!!
