This is not the place for those types of shops! Take them to the main streets, not around all these neighbors!!

Keep our residential zoning. Having a bar so close to a high school and family residents is not a safe situation for anyone.

Too many High school students walk right by that corner. They don’t need the exposure.

I am strongly opposed to turning this land commercial. We purchased our home in this area because we loved that it was not commercialized. I have yet to see a tavern/gaming type restaurant that is classy and desirable to go to. There is not a market for that up here. What is going to be done with the building when it goes out of business? And who wants to drive up here for fast food when they can get it right off the 215 in a multitude of choices?

I am strongly against this project and have spoken out at the first meeting against it. This is zoned residential and it needs to stay that way.

I am against the commercial development on this corner. We already have a gas station and commercial one block away that doesn't back up any homes. There is a 21 acre commercial parcel on the SE corner of Grand Teton and Decatur. This commercial on the NE corner is not only not needed but NOT WANTED!

This will be awful to have a bar in our community. Will bring more crime and it way to close to homes

The residents around Decatur/Grand Teton have had a REASONABLE expectation of undeveloped properties to be as Residential. Now, the City of NLV is going to allow on-site liquor consumption WAYYY TO CLOSE to these homes. Please DISAPPROVE this current measure!!!

I have followed to individuals in the past year that were clearly drunk and driving on Decatur and Horse. When I called the police I was told to stop following them because there would be no police officers coming as all North Las Vegas Officers were busy. Now you want to put a tavern in this part of our community. I can only imagine the intoxicated incidents that will rise with no response because of low Manning. Do not sacrifice the safety of our families for profit. Deny this tavern please!

My wife Colleen and I love our neighborhood and the families that live here. We live on Dragonfly Bush Court and are the original homeowners with no intention on leaving. Please strongly consider the appeal and know that the details provided are factual.and reflect the opinions of the majority of residents in the impacted community. Thank you, Eugene Outley

Please stop the commercial development of the NE corner of Grand Teton & Decatur. The parcel is too small for such development and should remain zoned residential!

I am strongly AGAINST rezoning. There is absolutely no need for this lot to be rezoned from residential to commercial. The financial impact of rezoning will NEVER outweigh the damage this will do to home values, quality of lives and our community's well-being.

Keep the trash where it belongs. Dont put businesses that aren't family friendly here in our backyards. That's why we moved here in the first place. Doing so breeds for questionable decisions to be made and devalues the homes and businesses around them. Look what happened to East Las Vegas. Dont bring that here.
